Who we are

G&G Scaled is a digital marketing agency based in the UK. We are responsible for any personal information you share with us. You can contact us at contact@ggscaled.com or on 07704 096106.

What we collect

Our website has no accounts. We only collect personal information when you choose to contact us, through the contact form on this website or by email, phone or Instagram message. That may include:

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the work you ask us to do and keep records needed for our accounts. We never sell your information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us), contract (delivering work you’ve agreed to), legal obligation (keeping financial records) and consent (the advertising cookies described below).

Cookies and advertising

Our website does not set any advertising or tracking cookies unless you agree. When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to use them. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way.

If you choose Accept, we load the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It sets two cookies on our website: _fbp, which recognises your browser when you come back, and _fbc, which is only set if you arrived by clicking one of our adverts. They last up to 90 days.

The Pixel tells Meta which of our pages you view and when you send us an enquiry, including which option you picked from the “What do you need?” list and whether you told us you have a budget at or above that service’s starting price (a yes or no, never an amount), along with basic technical details such as your IP address, browser, screen size and time zone. It never sends your name, contact details or message. We use this to measure how well our adverts on Facebook and Instagram work and to show our adverts to people who have visited our website. Meta may link this to information it already holds about you, for example if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram.

We and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting this information on our website and sending it to Meta. What Meta does with it after that is covered by Meta’s privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of our homepage. Choosing Reject there stops the Pixel and deletes its cookies from your browser.

We also keep a few small notes in your browser that are never sent to Meta: your cookie choice, so we don’t ask again, and, for your current visit only, whether you have already seen or sent our contact form and which advert (if any) brought you here. The advert name only reaches us if you send an enquiry. If you tell us you have a budget and we send you to our booking calendar, your name and email are also held in your browser tab for that visit only, so the calendar can fill them in for you.

Services we use

Like almost every website, ours relies on a few trusted providers, who may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) on our behalf:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for six years, as required for UK tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Just email contact@ggscaled.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
