Marketing & SEO

Show up on Google Maps the right way.

Google Business Profile management covers everything people see when they search for your business on Google and Maps: your categories, hours, photos, services, posts and reviews. We set it up properly, keep it accurate and keep it active, so local customers pick you.

Why your Google Business Profile matters

For a lot of local searches, your Google Business Profile is the first thing people see, before they ever reach your website. It shows your reviews, your photos, your opening hours and a button to call you. A complete, active profile gives Google more reasons to show you and gives customers more reasons to get in touch.

What we do

  • Set-up or claim. We create your profile, or help you claim one Google has already made for you, and guide you through verification.
  • The right categories. Your primary category matters more than almost anything else. We choose it carefully and add the right secondary ones.
  • Services, areas and hours. Everything filled in properly, including holiday hours and the areas you cover.
  • Photos. Real photos of your work, your team and your premises, added regularly.
  • Posts and updates. Offers, news and recent jobs posted to keep the profile active.
  • Review replies. Every review answered, good or bad, in a calm and professional voice.
  • Problems sorted. Duplicate listings, wrong details, suggested edits from the public and suspended profiles.

How it fits with the rest of your marketing

Your profile works best alongside local SEO, a steady stream of Google reviews and a website that matches what the profile says. We make sure your name, address and phone number are the same everywhere they appear online.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an address to have a Google Business Profile?

No. If you visit customers rather than having them visit you, you can set up a service-area profile that hides your address and shows the areas you cover instead.

My business already appears on Google. Do I still need this?

Probably. Google often creates profiles automatically from public information. Claiming yours lets you control the details, reply to reviews and add photos and posts.

Can you help with a suspended profile?

Yes. We find out why it was suspended, fix what needs fixing and help you through Google’s reinstatement process.

Can you get rid of bad reviews?

We can’t remove genuine reviews, and nobody honest can. We can report reviews that break Google’s rules, help you reply well and help you get more reviews from happy customers.
