AI automation
More Google reviews, without the chasing.
Review automation sends every customer a short, personal request for a Google review once the job is done, then one gentle reminder. It runs in the background, so asking for reviews becomes a habit your business never forgets.
What it costs: AI automation starts from £245 a month, for us to build, run and look after it. Running costs are separate and go on top. They depend on how much the system is used, for example text messages, phone numbers and call minutes, email sending, and for outreach the data and budget for finding the right businesses. We’ll tell you what to expect before anything goes live.
Why reviews matter
Reviews are one of the first things people look at when choosing a local business, and Google says more reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking. Most happy customers are glad to leave one. They just need a simple, well-timed ask.
How review automation works
- A job or visit is marked as done. That can come from your booking system, your invoicing, or a quick form or text from you or your staff.
- AI writes a short, personal request using the customer’s name and the service they had, in your business’s voice.
- It’s sent by text or email at a sensible time, for example a couple of hours after the visit.
- If they haven’t had a chance to look, one gentle reminder goes out a few days later. Never more.
- Alongside the Google link there’s an option to send private feedback straight to you, so you hear about any problem and can put it right.
- Sends, clicks and new reviews are tracked so you can see it working.
Playing by Google’s rules
Google doesn’t allow “review gating” (only asking customers you think are happy), offering rewards for reviews or discouraging negative ones. Our review automation asks every customer the same way and offers private feedback alongside the review link, never instead of it. Read our guide to getting more Google reviews for the full picture.

Frequently asked questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews automatically?
Yes, as long as you ask everyone, don’t offer anything in return and don’t steer unhappy customers away from leaving a review. That’s exactly how we build it.
Will it ask the same person twice?
It sends one request and at most one reminder for each visit, and stops completely if they opt out.
Can I reply to the reviews?
Yes, and you should. Google says replying to reviews shows you value your customers’ feedback. We can help with replies as part of our SEO work.
Does it work for Facebook or Trustpilot too?
The request can point to whichever review site matters most to you. Most local businesses start with Google.
