- You send a quote as normal. We capture it from a simple form, by copying a dedicated email address in, or straight from your quoting tool.
- AI plans the follow-ups for that type of job.
- Day 2: a friendly check that the quote arrived and an offer to answer any questions.
- Day 5: a short message about what’s included and the questions customers usually ask.
- Day 10: a final, polite check-in before they make a decision.
- It stops as soon as they reply, accept or opt out. Replies come straight to you with a short summary.
